• Contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange.

• Matomo data: 13 months maximum.

• Technical logs: 12 months (legal obligation).

7. Cookies and trackers

With your privacy in mind, we have made the technical choice to configure our audience measurement tool Matomo without the use of cookies.

• No tracking cookie is stored on your device when you browse.

• No consent banner is therefore required for analytics, in accordance with CNIL guidelines (consent exemption).
